British Canoe Union
Set up in 1936 to send a team to the Berlin Olympics, the British Canoe Union (BCU) is the lead body for canoeing and kayaking in the UK. Since then the organisation has grown considerably, and the range of canoeing opportunity has increased tremendously.

The BCU is the umbrella organisation for Canoe England, Canoe Wales, Canoe Association of Northern Ireland and the Scottish Canoeing Association.
The Institute for Outdoor Learning
The Institute for Outdoor Learning encourages outdoor learning by developing quality, safety and opportunity to experience outdoor activity provision and by supporting the good practice of outdoor professionals. By representing and lobbying on behalf of our members, we can help ensure the development and progression of outdoor learning.
Adventure Activities Industry Advisory Committee
The AAIAC is representative of a wide-range of stakeholders from the UK adventure activities sector. It works with the sector to identify and promote good practice, and to advise government and its agencies accordingly.

It was established in 1996 by the Health and Safety Commission as a standing industry advisory committee. Initially, much of AAIAC’s work was concerned with the licensing and regulation of outdoor activity centres following the introduction of the Activity Centres (Young Persons’ Safety) Act 1995.
British Association of Youth Clubs
BAYC supports today's young people through promoting and delivering high quality Youth Work.

BAYC works with 200 affiliated culturally diverse youth groups and projects in Birmingham, Walsall, Dudley, Sandwell and surrounding areas.

Council for Learning Outside the Classroom
At the Council for Learning Outside the Classroom, we believe that every young person (0-19yrs) should experience the world beyond the classroom as an essential part of learning and personal development, whatever their age, ability or circumstances.

Whether you are an education practitioner, headteacher, governor or organisation that provides LOtC experiences, this website offers a large range of resources developed with the support of many experts in the field learning outside the classroom. The site is designed to support anyone working with young people aged 0–19 provide high-quality educational experiences.

THINK! and do was formed in 1999 by our principal Jon Upton who has a background in the IT industry dating back to 1972. 

We work with small businesses to help them generate new business and to work effectively with their existing clients – we describe ourselves as Digital Marketeers. 

Based in Solihull we serve businesses, clubs and charities in Birmingham, the West Midlands, Staffordshire, Warwickshire and Worcestershire.
